A blue budgie. Looks like turquoise.


Another budgie, this one has some spots on his feather, aside from that he is almost all white feathers.


The aviary of ringneck parakeet. He has got a huge aviary.


Enjoying the fresh corn on a cob.


While the rest are content on having sunflower seeds.

Kuala Belait Road Trip Part 1

Went to an avid bird breeder last sunday. He has got so many different types of birds including some local birds.

This eagle is really something, its so big.


This sulfur crested cockatoo is so loud but she is so tame and docile to her owner.


Look at how the owner just open her wings up, so clean n bright her feathers.


He even has an Eclectus parrot! This bird is really stunning. Its a male eclectus because its green, females are bright red. Its a pity the owner doesn't have a pair.


And its also tame. The inside of eclectus are red and blue, it can only be seen when the bird open its wings.

Tiel Sibling

Bought adik si Phoenix, its so small and fragile. This is because the chick was taken out too early from the nest, and also the parents were sold remember (from my previous post). This chick still needs its parents. I took the responsibility of handfeeding this little chick cause the previous owner doesn't have any experience handfeeding few days old chick.I got this chick on the 21st of April, it was totally featherless at that time, with only its downfeathers. I didn't took pictures of it before.


After about a week, the pin feathers have started to appear.


With its older sibling, Phoenix. Look how different they are in terms of size.


Phoenix growing up quickly, the feathers have unsheathe nicely.

Blue

The contrast between the yellow and the blue so obvious, as if durang ani different species.

Sugar suga all around

Favourite treats, mealworm fresh n wriggling.


Nectar treat. They love this one, kira candy treat durang. Psal sugar gliders like sweet stuff.


This one is the wodent wheel. Helps to trim those nails.

Cockatiel parents sold..:(

My friend sold the cockatiel parents, so sad. The chicks was still quite young. But that's his decision, his pet his choice ler. Here is the chicks picture. I adopted this tiny chick, want to name it Phoenix, even though his not made out of fire hehe.

Nah langap2 mulutnya kan makan lgi, walaupun crop nya panuh as you can see in this pic.


Still has some downfeather.


Content and kanyang. Btw pndai whistle ia ani. I guess trait species ani kali. And look at the head, ada trojan look hehe.

Other parrots

Went and visited my friend last tuesday. Snapped some pictures of the parrots he has.

A cockatiel, lawa colournya. Having chicks dlm sarangnya at the moment.


This pair is a blue streaked red lory. Want one of these eh. The red is so intense.

A few years old

Now after keeping them for a few years now, they have started to nest. Hope the eggs are fertile. Not really hoping that much since they are first time parents.
